the winning team's kicker is the best player on the field. Graham Gano kept Florida State in great field position the whole game and doomed Wisconsin to long fields. To begin the game, Gano pinned Wisconsin at the 3, the 1, and the 1 again on three successive punts. Unbelievable. Then at a key spot of the game, when Wisconsin got a stop and seemed to be getting its running game in gear, Gano, on a fourth and one, tricked the referee into throwing a roughing the kicker personal foul flag on a Wisconsin player who never touched him. Wisconsin allowed Florida State to score and the rout was on. As great as the Meineke Bowl was, the Champs Sports Bowl was a snooze fest. This does not look good for Margaret Key's beloved Big Ten (Eleven).
Monique Smith picked this game correctly and is now the leader alone at the top of the standings. Folks, in two games, we have only one person undefeated. This family needs to stay out of Nevada.
