Played at Yankee Stadium in the Bronx, this game can feature some questionable bowl weather. This year's contest features Boston College and Penn State. The BC Eagles are three point favorites. BC has seven wins and Penn State has 6. This is Penn State's first bowl appearance post Sandusky. Penn State has a stingy defense led of course by its linebackers.
